Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Steam Greenwich through the Greenwich Bites platform (website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All menu prices are listed in USD and include applicable item costs.
  • Additional fees may apply: delivery fee ($3.99, waived on orders over $60), service fee (5%), and CT sales tax (6.35%).
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order.
  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement at no charge. After 2 minutes, a 10% cancellation fee may apply.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available within a 5-mile radius of our restaurant.
  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
  • For pickup orders, food must be collected within the estimated ready time. Orders not picked up may be discarded.
  • Delivery is handled by our restaurant staff.

4. Promotions & Loyalty

  • Promotional offers are subject to terms and expiration dates as specified.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Loyalty points and wallet balances have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate contact information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Steam Greenwich and AxyTech LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
